Location: Sheung Wan (5 Days、13 Months Salary、Birthday Leave、Group Medical & Dental)


KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Monitor reception desks and concierge counters at commercial property and shopping mall respectively.
  • Provide one-stop concierge services to office tenants, visitors and shoppers.
  • Handle the reception duties of co-working place. Experience of lounge operation or event management is a must.
  • Manage customers' complaints, inquiries and feedbacks in any form from all channels, in acourteous and efficient manner, and able to work as a team to achieve company's key performance indicators.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide clerical support to daily operations.



REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in customer service industry
  • At least 1 years' relevant experience in lounge operation or event management is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Attentive with positive customer service attitude.
  • Good command in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is a must.
